Christine is such a phenomenal writer...anything that she writes you know without a second thought that it will be spectacular and this fic is no exception!! Early Morning is a very cute, sexy and extremely funny tale about two people who meet under ummm well let's just say strange circumstances.....

“God damn it, won’t you pee already?  Fuckin’, it’s too early to be up,” Marshall muttered as he tapped his foot in his impatience.....“He’s never going to pee if you keep yelling at him,” a woman replied snidely as she jogged by him.....“What do you suggest?” Marshall barked......“Try walking him,” she said, turning around to face him.....

it started out funny and just kept getting better and better and better (you get my drift?)....

“Still doesn’t pee on command?” a woman teased as she jogged next to Marshall.....“Oh, good, my morning can get worse.  Thank you for the displeasure.”

.....the banter between Marshall and Bella from the start was just so captivating...I was expertly reeled in and kept there by Christine's magical writing ability.....

“Fine, I’ll go first.  I’m Marshall Mathers, I live in the white house.”.....“White house?  Well, hello Mr. President.”.....“No, but he sure does hate me.”.....She laughed.  “I’m Isabella—Bella if you’re lucky—Combs.  I live in the house next door.”

.....AWWWWW Man...LOVE IT!!! I could quote this whole fic because it is FULL of remarkable lines...I laughed and/or smiled through the whole thing...from start to finish...ok one of the things I enjoy most aside from well *everything* about Christine's writing is the way that she *describes* things...she makes them seem so tangible...it's amazing.....

With fire burning in his eyes and flames coursing through his veins, he stood behind her.  Boldly, he placed his hands on her hips, deliberately bringing her bottom flush against his thighs....

I was feeling it...definitely feeling his determination...

She tasted like spring and strawberries; an interesting combination that overwhelmed his tongue as he felt her tense and relax underneath his fluttering mouth

His lips sought hers fervently; their lips meshed together as his hands grasped her waist, firmly holding her in place.  At first, he was met with resistance, but as his tongue traced the outline of her lush, tempting lips, he felt her opening beneath him, inviting him to explore the hot, smoldering caverns of her month had to offer.  He leaned against her, trapping her between the hardness of his body and the doorjamb behind her.....

I mean seriously...this scene here...the kiss...just a *kiss* made me all hot and bothered...takes some skills to do that (trust me)...and Christine most definitely has those skills and it got better, oh YES, it did!!!! and from there she takes me back to laughing my ass off...very skilled indeed

....“Un-busy, then.  I need a babysitter.”.....Curtis eyed him carefully, sensing a particular spark in his boss’ eyes.  “I’ll do it on one condition.”.....“What?”.....“You tell me why.”.....“Damn it—” Marshall growled angrily.....“You gotta tell, man.  I ain’t your bitch.”.....“’Cause I’m going to fuck the most smart mouthed woman in the world tonight, and I don’t want to be worrying about Hailie.".....“Whoa, say what?” Curtis balked.....“There’s this neighbor…”.....“Oh, workin’ on your neighborly relations?  How very… Mr. Rogers of you.”

Who knew that by simply having to take your daughter's dog, Jake, out at 4am would result in meeting the one woman who would blow your mind? Mr Marshall Mathers, did simply just that. When Hailie get's her own puppy dog Jake, he isn't housetrained, a small factor that you soon learn Daddy is not impressed about. When Jake needs to be let out to do his business at 4am, Marshall finds himself in a park, waiting impatiently. That is, until the beautiful and quick witted Bella comes along.
